超低位颈前小切口甲状腺腺瘤切除术和传统手术的临床效果比较

摘    要:目的:探讨颈前超低位小切口甲状腺腺瘤切除术的疗效,临床经验和手术注意事项,并与传统手术进行比较。方法:将我院术前确诊的单发最大直径小于4cm的26例行颈前超低位小切口切除的甲状腺腺瘤患者的临床资料与同期具有可比性的30例传统手术患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:两组患者的肿块均被完整切除,切口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后无声音嘶哑、呛咳、继发血肿等并发症,无手术死亡病例。超低位小切口组患者的疤痕长度、术中出血量、患者满意度、住院天数及医疗费用明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),手术时间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:颈前超低位小切口甲状腺腺瘤手术创伤小、切口美观、费用低、能有效避免神经、血管损伤、并发症少,值得临床推广。

Comparative study of ultra low anterior cervical incision and traditonal incision thyroidectomy

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical value, cosmetic advantage and safety of the ultra low anterior cervical incision and compare with traditional incision thyroidectomy. Methods: Data of twenty six cases applied with ultra low anterior cervical incision thyroidectomy and 30 cases with traditonal incision thyroidectomy was analyzed. Results. Operation was performed successfully in all patients, and there was no bleeding, hoarseness and other complications. Compared with traditonal incision group, ultra low anterior cervical incision group had less blood loss ; higher - satis- faction cosmetic incision with shorter and lower scars, lower cost and earlier discharge ( P 〈 0.05 ). No significant differences were noticed in the time of operation between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Ultra low anterior cervical incision thyroidectomy, in selected patients, clearly demonstrates excellent results in patient cure rate and comfort, with shorter hospital stay, reduced postoperative pain and most attractive cosmetic results.
