| 摘 要： | 用放免法测定糖尿病肾病２６例、单纯糖尿病２４例和同年龄的健康对照者２５例血浆的血栓素Ｂ２（ＴＸＢ２）、６－酮前列腺素Ｆ１α（６－ｋ－ＰＧＦ１α）及空腹血糖（ＦＳＧ）、基础胰岛素（ＩＦ）、血肌酐（ＳＣｒ）水平。结果显示，糖尿病肾病组ＴＸＢ２明显高于对照组，６－ｋ－ＰＧＦ１α明显下降，ＳＣｒ与－ｋ－ＰＧＦ１α呈负相关，与ＴＸＢ２呈正相关，ＴＸＢ２／６－ｋ－ＰＧＦ１α与空腹血糖呈正相关，与内源胰岛素释放无关。

| Abstract: | Diabetes nephropathy(DN) is the microvascular complication in diabetes and the courses of disease are long and its treatment is difficult. The authors measured the plasma TXB2,6-keto-PGF_(1a), FSG, insulin and SCr values of 24 patients with diabetes, 26 patients with diabetes nephropathy and 25 normal controls by immunoradiometric assay (RIA). The results showed that the value of TXB_2 in the patienca with DN is higher than in controls and the patients with diabetes. The value of 6-keto-PGF_(1a) is significantly lower in the patients with DN. The results indicated that the value of SCr in the patients with DN is negatively associated with that of 6-keto-PGF_(1a) but is positively associated with that of TXB_2. The value of TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_(1a) of patients with DN is positively associated with that of FSG but is not associated with the value of basic insulin. |
