老年心脑血管疾病患者对疾病认知的社区护理干预分析

目的通过对老年心脑血管疾病患者采取积极的护理干预措施,提高其对心脑血管疾病的认知程度和治疗依从性,最终实现改善预后、减少心脑血管疾病的致残率与致死率的目标。方法采取医院自行设计的"老年心脑血管疾病患者对疾病认知状况的调查问卷"与"老年人生活、饮食、运动习惯健康行为养成率调查表"对社区内≥60岁的老年心脑血管患者在护理干预前后开展调查,分析并对比问卷调查表以获得护理干预前后的认知状况。结果患者对自身疾病的认知、健康行为养成率等方面较护理干预前均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论针对老年心脑血管疾病患者开展有计划的健康教育,普及心脑血管疾病的预防知识,能够明显提高其治疗依从性以及对心脑血管疾病相关知识的认知率。

A community nursing intervention in elderly patients with cardiac-cerebral vascular diseases

Objective To improve cognitive decline and treatment compliance in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and to eventually improve the prognosis and reduce the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular disease ,we applied positive nursing intervention measures to elderly patients with cardiac -cerebral vascular diseases. Methods We adopted self -designed questionnaires,including the "Questionnaire on the cognitive status of disease for elderly patients with cardiac-cerebral vascular diseases" and "Questionnaires for elderly patients' development of life,diet and exercise habits",and analysed cognitive status by comparing the data from the questionnaires before and after the community nursing intervention. Results Compared to baseline,the patients' perceptions of their diseases and the health behaviour-forming rate all showed significant improvement when we implemented the community nursing intervention. Conclusion Systematic health education and positive nursing intervention measures can significantly improve treatment compliance and knowledge of diseases in elderly patients with cardiac-cerebral vascular diseases.
