积极心理学理论在护理管理中的应用

摘    要:
目的探讨积极心理学理论在护理管理中的应用效果。方法 2016年5月,便利抽样法选取解放军第155中心医院内科护士30名为研究对象,采用积极心理学理论对护士进行为期3个月的心理干预。在实施积极心理学理论干预前、干预3个月后采用情感平衡量表和幸福感指数量表对其进行调查,并比较结果。结果干预前、后,护士情感平衡量表得分分别为(4.34±1.71)分和(6.55±1.14)分,幸福感指数量表得分分别为(7.11±1.99)分和(9.22±1.71)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论临床护理管理中应用积极心理学理论进行干预,能显著提升护士工作幸福感,提高工作积极性,发挥其潜能,是稳定提高护理质量的有效途径。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the application effect of positive psychology theory in nursing supervision.Methods By convenience sampling,30 nurses were randomly selected,and received psychological intervention for 3 months.Investigation was conducted by affection balance scale and happiness index scale for 3 months before and after intervention,and results were compared.Results Emotional balance scale score of the nurses were (4.34 ± 1.71) and (6.55 ± 1.14),and happiness index scale score were (7.11 ±1.99) and (9.22±1.71) respectively before and after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Application of positive psychology theory in nursing supervision can promote the happiness,improve work enthusiasm,and exert potential of the nurses significantly,and it is a way to improve nursing quality.
