早期、及时、有效的妊娠期糖尿病血糖水平干预对孕妇产后结局的影响

目的观察早期、及时、有效的妊娠期糖尿病血糖水平干预对孕妇产后结局的影响。方法便利抽样法选取2014年1月至2015年1月在富阳市人民医院住院分娩并确诊为糖尿病的孕妇51例,其中21例为孕3235周入院后行正规治疗的孕妇(对照组),30例为孕2428周即行早期血糖干预的孕妇(观察组)。观察两组孕妇在妊娠期期并发症以及围生儿结局的差异。结果观察组和对照组患者各相关指标的发生率分别为:妊娠高血压症(10.0%,71.4%)、早产(6.7%,47.6%)、产后出血(3.3%,33.3%)、产后感染(3.5%,47.6%)、围生儿巨大儿(6.7%,71.4%)、胎儿窘迫(10.0%,47.6%)、窒息(6.7%,38.1%)、肺炎(20.0%,76.2%),两组比较,观察组各项指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论早期、及时、有效的妊娠期糖尿病血糖水平干预,能显著减少孕妇以及围生儿并发症的发生率。

The Postpartum Outcome of Early and Timely and Effective Intervention in the Blood Sugar of Pregnant Woman with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To investigate the postpartum outcome of early and timely and effective intervention in the blood sugar for the pregnant woman with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods By convenience sampling,51 pregnancy patients with diabetes were selected.Among these patients,21 patients with 32-35 weeks pregenancy and treated with normal method were selected as control group,and 30 patients with 24-28 weeks pregenancy and received timely and effective intervention to control blood sugar were selected as intervention group.The pregnancy complications of adults and newborns were investigated.Results Compared to the control group,the intervention group markedly decreased pregnancy hypertension(10.0 ％ & 71.4 ％),premature delivery(6.7 ％ & 47.6 ％),and bleeding(3.3％ & 33.3％) and infection(3.5％ & 47.6％).Meanwhile,the incidence of giant fetus(6.7％ & 71.4％),fetaldistress(10.0％ & 47.6％),stifle(6.7％ & 38.1％),and pneumonia(20.0％ & 76.2％) were also significantly decreased.and indexes in observation group were all lower than that of control group (all P＜0.05).Conclusions Early and timely and effective intervention in the blood sugar for the pregnant woman could markedly reduce the incidence of complications of adults and newborns.
