应用层别分析法构建综合性儿童医院儿科专科护士岗位评价指标体系

目的确定综合性儿童医院儿科专科护士岗位评价指标的权重系数,以构建儿科专科护士岗位评价指标体系。方法采用Delphi法对19名专家进行函询,构建各级评价指标条目,以层别分析法建立评价指标的层次结构模型,并构造判断矩阵,进行指标的层次排序和权重赋值。结果共确立综合性儿童医院专科护士岗位评价的一级指标5个、二级指标13个和三级指标30个,并对各级指标进行了权重赋值,各级指标权重系数均满足逻辑一致性检验。结论综合性儿童医院儿科专科护士岗位评价指标体系的构建,为其岗位评价提供了系统科学的依据。

Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process to Construct Job Evaluation Index System for Clinical Nurse Specialist in Comprehensive Children''s Hospitals

Objective To ensure the weight coefficient of job evaluation index system for clinical nurse spe-cialist in comprehensive children''s hospitals,in order to construct the core competence of the pediatric nurse specialists job evaluation index system.Methods The job evaluation index system was established by a questionnaire survey of 19 specialists based on Delphi method,and analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight coefficient of each dimensions.Results The evaluation index system was composed of 5 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators,and 30 third-level indicators.We also determined scores and weights of the indicators of each levels.The weight coefficient was satisfied with the logic consistency check of each levels.Conclusions The construction of job evaluation index system for clinical nurse specialists can provide scientific evidence for the job evaluation system for other positions.
