真武汤配合电针治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床观察

目的研究真武汤配合电针治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床效果。方法选取2014年10月~2016年10月在解放军总医院海南分院接受治疗的良性前列腺增生症患者180例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组90例。对照组患者给予电针治疗,试验组患者采用真武汤配合电针治疗的方法,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者经不同的治疗方式治疗后,试验组患者的总有效率(90.00%)明显高于对照组患者的总有效率(70.00%,P0.05)。试验组患者的前列腺症状评分(13.33±4.13)分明显低于对照组患者的评分(16.76±3.12)分(P0.05)。试验组患者的夜尿次数(2.29±1.19)次也明显低于对照组患者的夜尿次数(4.24±1.96)次(P0.05)。试验组患者残余尿的测量值(47.37±21.53)ml也明显低于对照组患者残余尿的测量值(68.95±34.93)ml(P0.05)。结论采用真武汤配合电针治疗良性前列腺增生症能够取得较好的临床效果,可以有效减少患者的夜尿次数及残余尿,缓解率高,值得临床上推广应用。

Clinical observation of electroacupuncture and zhenwu decoction for benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To explore the curative effect of Zhenwu Decoction combined with electroacupuncture on patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods There were 180 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital and enrolled in the current study. They were evenly divided into the control group (90 patients) and experimental group (90 patients). Patients in the control group were treated with electroacupuncture. Patients in the experimental group were treated with Zhenwu Decoction combined with electroacupuncture. Curative effect was observed and compared between two groups. Results After different treatments,the total effective rate (90.00%) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (90.00%), P<0.05. Prostate symptom score of patients in the experimental group (13.33 ± 4.13) was significantly lower than that in the control group (16.76 ± 3.12),P < 0.05. Nocturia times of patients in the experimental group (2.29 ± 1.19) were significantly less than that in the control group (4.24 ± 1.96),P<0.05. Residual urine of patients in the experimental group (47.37 ± 21.53) ml was significantly less than that in the control group (68.95 ± 34.93) ml,P < 0.05. Conclusion Zhenwu Decoction combined with electroacupuncture can effectively reduce the nocturia times and residual urine,and achieve better curative results in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. It is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
