赋能教育应用于剖宫产后再次妊娠孕妇的效果评价

目的探讨赋能教育对剖宫产后再次妊娠孕妇的体质量管理、母婴结局和满意度的影响。方法便利抽样选取厦门大学附属第一医院2015年9月至2016年8月收治的270例剖宫产后再次妊娠的孕妇作为观察组,选择2014年9月至2015年8月收治的剖宫产后再次妊娠的孕妇285例作为对照组。观察组接受常规产前检查和孕期宣教课程,同时在孕期宣教课增加赋能教育课程;对照组仅接受常规产前检查和孕期宣教课程。比较两组孕妇体质量管理情况、母婴结局和满意度。结果观察组产程中体质量增加和产后出血率低于对照组,满意度得分和阴道分娩率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论赋能教育可有效提高剖宫产后再次妊娠妇女的体质量管理效果和阴道分娩成功率,提高孕妇的满意度,从而达到支持和促进自然分娩的效果。

Effects Evaluation of Empowerment Education in Women with Secondary Pregnancy after Cesarean Section

Objective To evaluate the effects of empowerment education on the weight management,the outcome of maternal and infant and the satisfaction of women with secondary pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods By convenience sampling,270 cases admitted from September 2015 to August 2016 were selected as observation group,and 285 cases admitted for September 2014 to August 2015 were selected as control group.The observation group received routine prenatal care and prenatal education courses during their pregnancy and also had empowerment education in the same time,while the control group received only routine prenatal care and prenatal education.The weight management,the outcome of maternal and infant and the satisfaction were compared.Results The weight increase and postpartum hemorrhage in observation group were lower than that of control group,and the satisfaction rate and rate of vaginal delivery in observation group were higher than that of control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusions Empowerment education can effectively improve the weight management effects and vaginal delivery success rate,as well as improves the pregnant women satisfaction,so as to achieve the support and promote the effects of natural childbirth.
