门诊充值卡在流程优化设计中的研究进展

门诊充值卡确费流程在门诊流程优化中的研究内容和方向在近年来不断得以加强和确立。近十年来国内外对于门诊充值卡确费流程研究的进展做了相应的总结和归纳，指出了目前国内外对于门诊充值卡及其在门诊服务流程研究中的主要进展。以期获得门诊流程业务改造后的最佳系统模型、思路和方法。

Research on Outpatient Service Process Optimization by Prepaid Cards

In recent years, information technology applications in hospitals both domestic and abroad has already reached a relatively higher level. The optimization of service process is considered as the most importance in outpatient care. Outpatient prepaid cards have been paid more attention to optimize the process and improve the quality of outpatient service. This paper makes a summary of the development and application of prepaid card in order to attain the best solution and approaching of the reformation of the business process in hospital outpatient service.
