不同性别急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死患者血尿酸水平分析

目的探讨不同性别急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死（STEMI）患者血尿酸水平变化特点。方法回顾性分析经冠状动脉造影确诊为STEMI患者197例血尿酸水平特点，根据年龄分为3组：44岁以下青年组23例，45—59岁为中年组60例，60岁以上为老年组114例。分析不同性别患者在各年龄组血尿酸水平的变化特点。结果不同年龄组男性血尿酸水平均高于同年龄组女性STEMI患者（P〈0．05）。各年龄组男性STEMI患者随年龄增长血尿酸水平逐渐升高，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。女性STEMI患者随着年龄增长血尿酸逐渐升高（P〈0．05），其中与中年组女性比较，老年组STEMI患者血尿酸水平较高（P〈0．05）。Pearson相关分析显示，无论男性还是女性，血尿酸水平均与甘油三酯（TG）呈正相关。结论男性STEMI患者血尿酸水平明显高于同年龄组女性STEMI患者，血尿酸水平均与TG呈正相关。

Uric acid level in ST - segment elevation myocardial infarction patients of different genders

Objective To investigate the characteristics of serum concentration of uric acid in ST- segment elevation myocardial infarction （STEMI） patients of different genders. Methods The serum concentration of uric acid was measured in 197 patients with STEMI diagnosed by history and coronary angiography, which were classified into three groups according to age ： the young, middle - aged and old. The clinical characteristics were analyzed between male and female patients. Results The serum con- centration of uric acid was higher in male patients than in female patients of the same age. The serum concentration of uric acid slightly increased with age in male patients, but the differences were not signifi- cant. The serum concentration of uric acid increased with age in female patients and the differences were statistically significant between the middle - aged and old group. Pearson correlation analysis revealed that blood uric acid positively correlated with triglyceride regardless of gender. Conclusions The serum concentration of uric acid is higher in male patients than in female patients of the same age. Serum uric acid positively correlated with triglyceride regardless of gender.
