丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼用于腹腔镜下胆囊切除术效果分析

目的观察分析丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼用于腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的麻醉效果。方法选择60例腹腔镜下行胆囊切除术患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组给予瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚进行麻醉。对照组给予芬太尼复合丙泊酚进行麻醉，比较两组在术后苏醒、自主呼吸、睁眼时间、定向力恢复时间等方面的情况。结果同对照组比较，观察组的患者术后苏醒快，自主呼吸恢复时间、睁眼时间、定向力恢复时间均短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼用于腹腔镜下胆囊切除术，手术平稳且苏醒快，对机体影响小，无并发症，麻醉效果满意。

Effect of remifentanil combined with propofol in laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To observe the effect of remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia in patients who undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Sixty patients who undergoing laparoscopic chdecystectomy, were divided into observation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. For the obser- vation group, remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia were given, while for the cantor group, fentanyl combined with propofol anesthesia were given, compare postoperative awakening time, spontaneous breath time, opening eyes time, orientation force recovery time between the two groups. Results Compared with control group, the observation group postoperative awakening time, spontaneous breath time, opning eyes time, orientation force recovey time were shorter. Conclusions Remifentanil combined with propofol in lapa- roscopic cholecystectomy, operation is effective and satisfied, have no complication.
