老年全麻患者应用诱导药物依托咪酯疗效观察

目的探讨麻醉诱导药物依托咪酯在老年全麻患者中的应用效果及临床意义。方法将我院60例全麻老年手术患者随机分为对照组（常规应用安定为诱导药物）和观察组（依托咪酯为诱导药物），观察两组患者诱导前后平均动脉压（MAP）、心率（HR）、脉搏血氧饱和度（SpO2）及诱导后插管次数及其他并发症发生率。结果对照组诱导后平均动脉压（165／9013／10）mmHg，心率（98±8）次／min，血氧饱和度（93±1）％，诱导后插管次数（1．5±0．5）次；其他并发症发生率为26．66％。观察组平均动脉压（135／85±11／9）mmHg，心率（80±8）次L／min；血氧饱和度（96±1）％，诱导后插管次数（1．0±0．5）次；其他并发症发生率为6．66％。结论采用依托咪酯在老年全麻患者诱导麻醉中对MAP、HR、SpO2影响较小，可减少插管次数及并发症发生率。

Effect of etomidate on general anethesia in elderly patients

Objective To investigate the application effect and clinical significance of induction agent etomidate in elderly patients with general anesthesia. Methods Sixty cases of patients undergoing general anesthesia were randomly divided into old age group （ 30 cases, routine application of stability for the induction of drug） ; observation group （30 cases of etomidate as induction agent） were observed before and after induction. Mean arterial pressure （MAP）, heart rate （HR）, oxygen saturation （SpO2 ） and the number of intubation after the induction and complication rate were observed. Results In the control group, mean arterial pressure after induction was（ 165/90 ± 13/10） mm Hg; heart rate was （98 ± 8 ） beats/rain ; oxygen saturation was （ 93 ± 1 ） %, the number of intubation after induction was （ 1.5 ± 0. 5）; other complication rate was （26.66%）. Observation group, mean arterial blood pressure was （ 135/85 ± 11/9） mm Hg ; heart rate was （ 80 ± 8 ） beats/min ; oxygen saturation was （ 96 ± 1 ） %, the number of intubation after induction was （ 1.0 ± 0. 5 ） ; other complication rate was （ 6.66% ）. Conclusions Etomidate anesthesia in elderly patients has little effect on mean arterial pressure （MAP）, heart rate （ HR）, oxygen saturation （ SpO2 ） and can reduce the number of intubation and complication rates.
