| 摘 要： | 目的探讨普萘洛尔对心肌缺血凋亡相关基因Bcl-2及BaxmRNA表达的影响。方法将50只sD大鼠随机分为：（1）假手术组（I组）；（2）手术组分为4个亚组：①1ml生理盐水组（Ⅱ组）；②1mgZkg普萘洛尔组（Ⅲ组）；④5mg／kg普萘洛尔组（I、Ⅳ组）；④25m／kg普萘洛尔组（V组），每组10只。采用RT～PCR方法检测心肌组织中Bcl-2及BaxmRNA表达的变化及用TUNEL法观察心肌细胞凋亡。结果普茶洛尔可显著提高缺血心肌组织Bcl-2mRNA的表达（P〈0．01）及降低BaxmRNA表达（P〈0．01）。结论在心肌缺血性损伤中，普萘洛尔通过对大鼠心肌Bcl-2及BaxmRNA表达调控作用，防止心肌细胞的凋亡。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of propranolol on the expressions of Bcl -2 and Bax mRNA in rats with myocardial ischemia. Methods Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into ： （ I ） shamoperation group; （2）operation group were randomly subdivided into： ① 1 mg/kg Propranolol group;② 5 mg/kg Propranolol group;③ 25mg/kg Propranolol group; ④ 1 ml physiological saline group. The changes of expressions of Bcl - 2 and Bax mRNA in myocardial tissue were detected by RT - PCR and the cardiomyocyte apoptosis was observed by TUNEL. Results Proprauolol enhanced the expression of Bel-2 mRNA（ P 〈0.01） and reduced the expression of Bax mRNA （ P 〈0.01） in myocardial ischemia tissue. Conclusions Expressions of Bcl - 2 and Bax mRNA were influenced by propranolo in rat myocardium, and to prevent apoptosis of ischemic myocardium. |
