临床感染铜绿假单胞菌的分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的分析铜绿假单胞菌的临床分布及耐药谱的变迁,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法应用珠海黑马细菌鉴定药敏系统鉴定细菌和做体外药敏试验,统计分析我院2008年10月至2010年9月铜绿假单胞菌的分布和耐药情况。结果342株铜绿假单胞菌主要分布在重症监护病房和神经外科,来自痰标本的有279株(占81.6%),对抗生素的耐药性也较严重。结论铜绿假单胞茵是临床感染的主要病原菌之一,要加强对铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性检测并合理使用抗生素。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the distribution and antibiotics resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA) in hospital infections and to provide evidences for clinic to select antimicrobial agents rationally. Methods The distribution and the ratio of antibiotics resistance in 342 species of PA isolated from clinical samples in our hospita since October 2008 to September 2010 was analyzed by WHONET 5.4 software. Results Three hundred and forty - two species of PA mainly distributed in ICU and neurosurgery. Among 342 species of PA, the resistance to antibiotics in 279 species from sputum specimens was the strongest. Conclusions PA is one of the main pathogenic bacteria in clinical infection. It is important to detect antibiotics resistance of PA in hospital infections and use antibiotics rationaly.
