过敏性紫癜患儿血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF—a表达的意义

目的探讨血清白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）及肿瘤坏死因子-a（TNF—a）在过敏性紫癜（HSP）患儿中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用ELISA方法检测60例过敏性紫癜患儿以及25例健康儿童的血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-a水平。结果过敏性紫癜患儿急性期和恢复早期血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF—a水平均显著高于正常组（P〈0．05）；过敏性紫癜患儿急性期血清IL-6、IL-8与TNF-a水平均显著高于恢复早期（P〈0．05）。紫癜性肾炎（HSPN）组TNF—a水平高于无肾损害HSP组，HSP与HSPN组血清IL-6、IL-8水平差异均无统计学意义。结论细胞因子IL-6、IL-8与TNF-a可能在HSP发病过程中起重要作用。

Expression and significance of serum IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-a in children with Henoch- Schonlein purpura

Objective To investigate the serum levels of interleukin - 6 （ IL - 6）, interleukin - 8（ IL- 8 ）and tumor necrosis factor- a （TNF- a）, and probe their clinical significance in children with Henoch - Schonlein purpura （HSP）. Methods Serum levels of IL - 6, IL - 8 and TNF - a of 60 children and 25 healthy children were examined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results Serum levels of IL - 6, IL - 8 and TNF - a of children with HSP were higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The serum levels of IL - 6, IL - 8 and TNF - a at disease onset were higher than those in remission. No significant difference was found between non -renal involvement HSP and HSPN group on serum levels of IL - 6 and IL - 8. But the serum level of TNF - a of HSPN was higher than that of non - renal involvement HSP. Conclusions The cytokines of IL - 6, IL - 8 and TNF - a may play an important role in the pathogeny of HSP.
