复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床观察

目的探讨复方苦参注射液对中晚期非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的化疗疗效、不良反应及生活质量的影响。方法将50例患者随机分成两组，单纯化疗组（对照组）25例，采用CHOP方案（环磷酰胺、阿霉素、长春新碱、强的松）治疗，复方苦参注射液联合化疗纽（观察组）25例，在化疗的同时加用复方苦参注射液20ml，每日1次，至化疗结束为止。结果观察纽完全缓解10例，部分缓解8例，稳定5例，进展2例，有效率为72％，对照组完全缓解6例，部分缓解8例，稳定7例，进展4例，有效率为56％，观察组的有效率较治疗前提高，但与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。观察组化疗后出现胃肠道反应、肝功能损害及白细胞细胞降低等较对照组减轻（P〈0．05），生活质量优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论复方苦参注射液联合CHOP化疗治疗中晚期非霍奇金淋巴瘤能提高化疗疗效，降低化疗不良反应，改善患者的生存质量。

Observe the clinical efficacy of CHOP regimen and composite sophorae injection in the treatment of advanced non - Hodgkin lymphoma

Objective To evaluate CHOP regimen alone and CHOP regimen combined with composite sophorae injection on the efficacy, side - effects, the improvement of quality of life in the treatment of advanced NHL. Methods Randomly 25 patients with NHL in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ were treated by CHOP regimen combining with composite sophorae injection, and 25 patients were treated with CHOP regimen alone. Composite sophorae injection was used on the first day of each chemo therapy cycle to the end of chemotherapy, and the dosage was 20 ml composite sophorae injection with 250 ml 5% glucose injection, ivgttd. Results In the treatment group, 10 patients had complete remission （CR）, 8 partial remission （ PR）, 5 unchanged （ NC ）, 2 progressively deteriorated （ PD）, with 72% effective rate, while in the control group, 6 patients had CR, 8 PR, 7 NC, and 4 PD, with a effective rate of 56% （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the quality of life in the treatment group was improved more obviously than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the incidence rate of adverse reaction, such as the gastrointestinal reaction, impaired liver function, and the degrade white blood cell was lower （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Composite sophorae injection in combination with CHOP regimen can be used for the treatment of advanced NHL. It can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the side effect of chemotherapy, and improve the quality of life of patients.
