动态血糖监测在2型糖尿病中的应用及效果研究

目的评价不同血糖监测方式对2型糖尿病患者的糖尿病知识水平、自我管理水平的影响。方法随机选取2009年11月至2010年3月在郑州大学第一附属医院老年内分泌科住院的80例2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者并随机分为两组，运用动态血糖监测系统（CGMS）组为试验组，应用自我血糖监测（SMBG）组为对照组。结果CGMS与SMBG在提高2型糖尿病患者的糖尿病知识水平、自我管理水平方面比较差异有统计学意义。结论CGMS能更好地反映T2DM患者血糖真实水平，有效提高T2DM患者的糖尿病知识水平及自我管理水平。

Application and effect of continuous glucose monitoring for type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective Evaluate the influences, exerted by the two different ways of monitoring blood glucose of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） , over the level of diabetes knowledge and self- management skills. Methods Eighty patients with T2DM who were hospitalized in the department of elderly endocrinologist of our hospital between Nov. 2009 and Mar. 2010, they were randomly dividing into two groups. The one in which only continuous glucose monitoring system（CGMS） was applied was the treat- ment group, and the other group in which only self monitoring of blood glucose（ SMBG）was applied was the control group. Results There was difference of statistics between CGMS and SMBG on improving the understanding of diabetes and the level of self - management. Conclusions CGMS reflects the blood glucose levels of patients with T2DM better, and improves the understanding of diabetes, and the level of self - management effectively.
