某部队院校干部健康体检结果分析

摘    要:目的通过分析某部队院校干部健康体检结果中异常项目的分布情况及特征,为进一步的疾病防治提供依据。方法收集2011年度某部队院校干部健康体检相关资料,统计师职和团职以下(含团)干部异常检出率并比较。结果高血脂、脂肪肝居检出率最高的前两位,师职干部脂肪肝、高尿酸、高血压、高血糖均高于团职以下干部(P<0.05)。结论代谢性疾病已成为该部队院校干部健康的主要问题,应当从改变生活方式做起,强化全面、综合防治措施,切实降低诸多疾病的患病率。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the distribution and features of abnormal items among the faculty in a certain military university through analysis of the results of physical check-ups,and to provide basic evidence for the prevention and treatment of illnesses.Methods Relative medical data from the year of 2011 physical check-ups were collected,detection rates among the division and regiment cadres(including cadres below the regimental level) were analyzed and compared.Results Hyperlipidemia and fatty liver were the first two health disorders that were detected from the cadres of the university.The incidence of fatty liver,hyperuricuria,hypertension and hyperglycemia among division cadres was higher than that of the cadres below the regiment level,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion High morbidity rate of metabolic diseases were the main health disorders detected in the faculty of the university.Active measures,such as changing the life style,all-around and comprehensive prevention and treatment measures should be taken to reduce the morbidity rate of many illnesses.
