远航舰艇人员常见病的防治

目的了解某部官兵远航期间发病情况,并提出针对性预防措施。方法对某部远航官兵在远航期间门诊发病和就诊情况进行分析。结果在2010年11月至2011年5月期间,该部官兵在执行远航任务期间门诊登记的发病人次为782人次,以呼吸道疾病、真菌性皮炎、四肢运动性损伤为主;参训女军人均出现月经紊乱。结论加强健康宣教,预防救治相结合,保证远洋护航任务顺利完成。

Objective To find out incidence of diseases among the commissioned and enlisted during the prolonged deployment at sea and put forward preventive measures against diseases.Methods Onset of diseases and clinical patient visits during the prolonged deployment at sea were analyzed.Results During the period from November,2010 to May,2011,patient visits in clinical registry were 782 man-times for the commissioned and enlisted of the unit during the prolonged deployment at sea,with an occurrence of 1.43%.Primary medical problems were respiratory diseases,dermatitis and exercise-induced injuries.All the females participating in the training experienced menstrual disorder.Conclusion To ensure the fulfillment of escort missions,efforts should be made on health care propaganda and education coupled with disease prevention and treatment.
