TOPSIS法在天津市艾滋病防治工作质量评价中的应用

目的 探索基层艾滋病防治工作考核综合评价方法。方法 根据天津市卫生局安排的年度艾滋病防治工作任务，设立考核指标，应用TOPSIS法（逼近于理想的排序方法）对2007年天津市18个区县疾病预防控制机构艾滋病防治情况进行综合评价。结果 18个区县应用TOPSIS法综合评价艾滋病防治管理状况由高到低顺序依次为：G、Q、R、C、K、H、J、E、N、F、D、O、I、P、I．、M、A、B（上述字母为县区代码），计算简单，结果更符合实际工作情况。结论该方法简便、实用、客观，在基层艾滋病防治管理工作中具有一定的实际应用价值。

TOPSIS Method for The Quality Evaluation of AIDS Control and Prevention in Tianjin City

[Objective] To explore the method for the comprehensive evaluation of AIDS control and prevention in the grassroots level. [Methods] The examination indexes were established according to the guide of Tianjin public health bureau for AIDS control and revention, a comprehensive evaluation by TOPSIS （Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Solution） was conducted in 18 DCs of county level in Tianjin for the work quality in 2007. [Results] Through TOPSIS analysis, 18 districts and counties could be divided into 18 ranks, from high to low is： G.Q.R.C.K.H.J.E.N.F.D.O.I.P.L.M.A.B （The above-mentioned letter were county code）, with simple calculation, the results were more in line with the actual work. [Conclusion] The method is simple, practical and objective and has a certain practical value in management of AIDS prevention and control in tile grassroots level.
