| 摘 要： | Susac综合征是一种罕见的脑血管病,典型的临床三联征包括视网膜病、脑病、耳聋伴微血管病。中青年女性多见,易误诊为多发性硬化和脑炎等。病程一般呈自限性。目前尚无有效的治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Susac's syndrome is a rare cerebrovascular disease, its typical clinical triad includes encephalopathy, retinopathy, and deafness with microangiopathy. It is common in young and middle-aged women. It may be misdiagnosed as multiple sclerosis and encephalitis. Susac's syndrome is usually self-limited. At present, there is no effective treatment for it. |
