| 摘 要： | 目的：观察和胃降逆汤治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法：治疗组34例用和胃降逆汤加减治疗，对照组22例用奥美拉唑胶囊治疗，两组均1个月为一疗程，共治疗3个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率94．1％，对照组总有效率81．2％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：和胃降逆汤治疗反流性食管炎有较好疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Regulating Stomach and Sending down Ascending Qi Decoction on reflux esophagitis. Method： 34 cases were treated with Modified Regulating Stomach and Sending down Ascending Qi Decoction as the study group while 22 cases were treated with Omeprazole capsule as the control group. One course of treatment was one month. Both groups were treated for three courses. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 94.1% while that of the control group was 81.2%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Regulating Stomach and Sending down Ascending Qi Decoction has good effect on reflux esophagitis. |
