| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨如何从拔牙术前、术中采取措施预防干槽症的发生。方法:对216例需拔除下颌阻生智齿的患者严格按照事先制订的预防措施进行操作。结果:所有病例均未发生干槽症。结论:从术前、术中采取一些简单、切实可行的措施,可有效地预防干槽症。

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss how to prevent dry socket in mandibular third molar surgery.Methods： 216 patients with mandibular third molar extraction were retrospectively reviewed.Precautionary measures preoperatively,during operation,and postoperatively were strictly implemented.Results： No patient case of dry socket occurred.Conclusion： Dry socket may be effectively prevented if precautious measures were strictly implemented. |
