| 摘 要： | 目的观察丙泊酚靶控输注对高原高血压病人全麻诱导期血压变异性的影响．方法40例全麻插管高原高血压病人随机分为两组，靶控组采用Diprifusor／TCI系统按靶浓度诱导给药，普通组人工推注丙泊酚．观察有创血压，计算血压变异性．结果靶控组血压变异性明显低于普通组（P〈0．05）．结论丙泊酚TCI对高原高血压病人全麻诱导期血压变异性影响小，诱导过程血压波动较小． |
