补阳还五汤加减治疗中风后遗症的临床效果

目的探讨补阳还五汤加减治疗中风后遗症的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的94例中风后遗症患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(47例,常规西药+补阳还五汤加减治疗)与对照组(47例,常规西药治疗),比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者NIHSS评分均降低,BI评分均升高,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤加减治疗中风后遗症效果显著,不仅可以提高患者的治疗效果,且能改善患者的神经功能及日常生活能力,值得大力推广。

Clinical effect of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of sequelae of apoplexy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of sequelae of apoplexy.Methods Ninety-four patients with sequelae of apoplexy admitted to our hospital were divided into observation group(47 cases, treated with routine western medicine+modified Buyang Huanwu decoction) and control group (47 cases, treated with routine western medicin) according to the random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS scores in both groups decreased and BI scores increased, and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Buyang Huanwu decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of sequelae of apoplexy.It can not only improve the effect of treatment, but also improve the neurological function and daily life ability of patients, which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
