摘    要:
目的分析榆林地区儿童全血中5种微量元素的含量,为儿童补充微量元素提供科学依据。方法将0~12岁的5 000名儿童根据年龄段分为婴幼儿组(0~3岁,2 897例)、学龄前儿童组(4~6岁,1 413例)及在校儿童组(7~12岁,690例),利用原子吸收光谱仪检测并分析儿童血液中的微量元素。结果三组儿童血液中Zn、Fe、Ca的含量差异显著(P<0.05);三组儿童血液中Mg、Cu的含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。男性儿童血液中的Fe含量明显高于女性儿童(P<0.01)。婴幼儿组血液中Zn、Fe的缺乏率显著高于学龄前儿童组及在校儿童组(P<0.05);三组儿童Mg、Cu缺乏率无显著差异(P>0.05);在校儿童组Ca的缺乏率显著高于婴幼儿组及学龄前儿童组(P<0.05)。结论榆林地区的儿童体内微量元素缺乏以Zn、Fe为主,其中Zn缺乏最为严重,因此父母应重视儿童Zn、Fe的补充。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the contents of 5 trace elements in whole blood of children in Yulin area, so as to provide scientific basis for children to supplement trace elements.Methods A total of 5 000 children aged 0-12 years were divided into infant group (0-3 years old, 2 897 cases), preschool group (4-6 years old, 1 413 cases) and school group (7-12 years old, 690 cases), and the trace elements in children's blood were detected and analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometer.Results The contents of Zn, Fe and Ca in the blood of children in the three groups were significantly different (P<0.05), but the contents of Mg and Cu in the blood of children in the three groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).The content of Fe in blood of male children was significantly higher than that of female children (P<0.01).The deficiency rates of Zn and Fe in blood of the infant group were significantly higher than those of the preschool group and the school group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in deficiency rates of Mg and Cu in the three groups(P>0.05).The deficiency rate of Ca in the school group was significantly higher than that in the infant group and the preschool group (P<0.05).Conclusion The of Zn and Fe are the main trace elements deficiency in children in Yulin area, and the deficiency of Zn is the most serious.Therefore, parents should pay attention to the supplement of Zn and Fe of children.
