| 摘 要： | 目的分析高白细胞急性白血病(HAL)患者的死亡原因。方法回顾分析医院收治的11例HAL患者的临床资料,并分析其死亡原因。结果 11例患者中,6例死于脑出血,3例死于急性呼吸窘迫综合征,1例死于感染,1例死于多器官功能衰竭。6例早期死亡,早期死亡率高。结论 HAL病情凶险、早期死亡率高、缓解率低、预后差。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the causes of death in patients with hyperleukocytic acute leukemia(HAL).Methods The clinical data of 11 patients with HAL admitted in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and the causes of death were analyzed.Results Of the 11 patients,6 died of cerebral hemorrhage,3 died of acute respiratory distress syndrome,1 died of infection and 1 died of multiple organ failure.Six cases died early and the early mortality rate was high.Conclusion HAL is a dangerous disease with high early mortality,low remission rate and poor prognosis. |
