摘    要:
目的:研究加载方向对Spline种植体-基桩界面应力分布的影响。方法:利用3D-FEA方法分析比较Spline种植体-基桩界面各部件在施加四种不同方向100N载荷后的应力分布情况。结果:随着加载角度的增加,种植体、基桩及中央螺钉上的应力值均增加,不同方向载荷下种植体上的最大应力值均位于Spline突起的根部。结论:斜向载荷对Spline种植体-基桩连接界面的应力影响较大。

Abstract:
Objective:To examine the effects of load direction on stress distribution of Spline implant-abutment joint.Methods:3D-FEA is used to determine stress distribution of the implant, abutment and screw under four different direction load with a value of 100N. Result:The stress of Spline connection developed with the increase angle of the applied load .Maximum Von Mises stress of the implant locates at the root of the Spline projections.Conclusion:The stress distribution of Spline implant-abutment interface was significantly affected under lateral loading.
