摘    要:
目的土大黄苷为含大黄类中成药中不应存在的成分。本文建立HPLC法定性鉴别及定量测定4种含大黄的中成药中土大黄苷的含量,监测常用中成药中大黄的质量。方法采用Lichrospher C18色谱柱,以乙腈-甲醇-水(7∶30∶63)为流动相,检测波长为320nm,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,外标法定量测定。结果土大黄苷在2.62~261.6μg·mL^-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9993);平均回收率(n=9)为96.30%。结论本法简便准确,灵敏度高,通用性好,适用于含大黄的中成药中土大黄苷的定性鉴别及定量测定。

Abstract:
Objective To establish a HPLC method for monitoring the quality of drug contained Rhubarb. Methods A Lichrospher C18was used as the analytical column and mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-water(7:30:63) at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1. The UV detection wavelength was set at 320nm. Results The linear calibration curve was obtained in the concentration range of 2.62~261.6μg·mL^-1(r=0.9993). The average recovery (n=9) of rhaponticin was 96.30%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and reliable for the identification and determination of rhaponticin in drug contained Rhubarb.
