冰冻切片及免疫组织化学技术在胸腹水细胞诊断中的应用

目的探讨冰冻切片及免疫组织化学技术在胸腹水细胞诊断中的意义。方法应用冰冻切片技术对150例患者的胸腹水进行检测，应用MaxVinsion免疫组织化学技术对其中见肿瘤细胞的78例患者进行分类，并与直接细胞涂片结果比较。结果150例患者患者中直接涂片法检测肿瘤细胞阳性率为33.3%（50/150）；冰冻切片及免疫组化法检测肿瘤细胞阳性率为52.0%（78/150），其中转移癌50例，淋巴瘤18例，间皮瘤10例，2种方法检出阳性率比较具有显著性差异。结论冰冻切片及免疫组织化学技术能显著提高胸腹水细胞阳性诊断率，且能准确的对肿瘤细胞进行分类。

Application of the Frozen Sections and Iimmunohistochemistry in Cytological Diagnosis of the Pleural and Peritoneal Effusion

Objective To study the significance of the frozen sections and immunohistochemistry in cytological diagnosis of pleural and peritoneal effusion. Methods The frozen sections was used to detect the 150 cases of the pleural and peritoneal effusion , and MaxVinsion immunohistochemistry was used to different diagnosis of the 78 cases of tumor cell , and the resuits were compared with cytological smear. Results The positive rate was 52.0% by the of the frozen sections and immunohistochemistry, including 50 cases carcinoma , 18 cases lymphomas, 10 cases mesothelioma. The positive rate was 33.3% by the cytological smear. The difference of the two methods was significant. Conclusion The positive diagnostic rate was significantly improve by the the frozen sections and immunohistochemistry.
