| 摘 要： | 目的 降低新生儿重症监护室(NICU)新生儿医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤。方法 采取类实验研究设计，将2019年4～11月入住我院NICU的612例新生儿设为对照组，按照常规实施皮肤护理；将2020年11月至2021年6月的594例新生儿设为观察组，在对照组基础上实施皮肤损伤预防管理方案，比较两组医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤发生率。结果 观察组患儿医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 NICU新生儿医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤预防管理方案能有效降低新生儿皮肤损伤发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To reduce the incidence of medical adhesive-related skin injury in NICU newborns. Methods With quasi-experimental design, 612 newborns admitted to NICU from April through November 2019 were selected as the control group, who received routine skin care; another 594 newborns admitted to NICU from November 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the intervention group, who was subjected to a skin injury prevention management plan on the basis of routine skin care. The incidence rate of medical adhesive related skin injury was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of medical adhesive related skin injury in the intervention group was significantly lower than in the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion The medical adhesive-related skin injury prevention management plan can effectively reduce the incidence of skin injury in neonates. |
