微信平台管理在女性艾滋病合并肺结核病患者中的应用进展

随着艾滋病的蔓延,艾滋病合并肺结核病的发生率越来越高,由于两种疾病的相互影响和促进作用,促使病情加重、恶化,导致各种并发症发生,严重影响患者的生存质量,也是患者死亡的主要原因。微信平台管理对艾滋病合并结核病患者出院后的疾病管理及健康指导非常重要,可提高患者的服药依从性及自我管理能力,提高生存质量,减少并发症发生,降低病死率,有效预防艾滋病和肺结核病的传播。本文对微信平台管理应用于女性艾滋病合并结核病患者的健康行为干预及相关知识培训等方面进行综述,以期为更好地开展女性艾滋病合并肺结核病患者的护理干预提供依据和参考。

Application progress of WeChat platform management in female patients with AIDS and tuberculosis

With the spread of AIDS,the incidence of AIDS combined with tuberculosis is higher and higher.Due to the mutual influence and promotion of the two diseases,the condition is aggravated and worsened,leading to various complications,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients and is also the main cause of death of patients.WeChat platform management is very important for the disease management and health guidance of patients with AIDS and tuberculosis after hospital.It can improve patients’medication compliance and self-management ability,improve the quality of life,reduce the occurrence of complications,reduce the mortality,and effectively prevent the spread of AIDS and tuberculosis.This paper reviews the health behavior intervention of WeChat platform management in female patients with tuberculosis and AIDS and related knowledge training,in order to provide basis and reference for the nursing intervention of female patients with AIDS with tubercul osis.
