特重型颅脑损伤患者行标准大骨瓣减压术后的护理

目的通过对特重型颅脑损伤行标准大骨瓣减压术患者进行积极早期护理,探讨减少并发症,改善患者预后、生存质量的方法。方法术后患者常规进行脑科监护,加强基础护理,保持呼吸道通畅,处理高热、应激性溃疡、高血糖等重型颅脑损伤常见并发症,防止坠积性肺炎、褥疮发生。结果患者术后早期患者生命体征平稳,并发症发生率明显降低,经过后期治疗,提高了治愈率,致残率明显降低。结论特重型颅脑损伤患者标准大骨瓣减压术后积极开展早期护理,能减少急性期并发症,提高救治成功率,改善患者预后、生存质量。

Early stage nursing of patients with severe craniocerebrai injury who undergone standard large trauma craniotomy

Objective To explore how to reduce the complications, improve the prognosis and quality of life by actively attending patients with severe craniocerebral injury who undergone standard large trauma craniotomy in early stage. Methods We routinely monitored consciousness, pupil, vital sign, et al, enhanced basic nursing, maintained respiratory tract to be unobstructed, dealt with the general complications of severe craniocerebral injury such as hyperpyrexia, acute ulcer and hyperglycaemia, prevented hypostatic pneumonia and bedsore. Results The probability of the occurrence of complications was decreased, and the vital sign after the operation was stable. The healing rate was elevated and the ratio of mutilation was cut down through the late treatment. Conclusions By actively attending patients with severe craniocerebral injury who undergone standard large trauma in earlier period, it can reduce the acute complications, increase the rate of successful treatment, improve the prognosis and quality of life.
