静脉肾盂造影检查病人的护理

目的:通过对静脉肾盂造影检查病人的全面护理,提高检查成功率。方法:对150例行静脉肾盂造影检查病人进行全程护理,包括充分的肠道准备、检查中不良反应的判断及处理、熟练的操作技巧、心理护理、对比剂的合理推注速度、适宜的腹压、造影后的护理等。结果:静脉肾盂造影检查过程中,对病人各个环节的最优化护理,使本组病人全部顺利完成检查,无1例发生不良反应,图像质量全部满足临床诊断要求。结论:精心做好检查前准备,完善预防措施,熟练操作技巧等护理措施,可以减少碘对比剂不良反应的发生,增加病人安全性,保证静脉肾盂造影的顺利进行。

To improve the success rate of intravenous pyelography（IVP） by comprehensive care of the patients before, during and after the IVP examination. Methods：Nursing care was performed in 150 patients with IVP, including adequate bowel preparation, judgments and treatment of adverse reaction,proficient operating skills,psychological care of patients, reasonable contrast medium injection rate and appropriate abdominal pressure, the care after imaging, etc. Rosults：IVP examination of 150 patients was performed successfully with no serious adverse reactions and with the optimal image quality to meet the clinical diagnosis by the overall optimizatod nursing care during the examination. Conclusion ：The careful preparation before IVP examination, preper preventive measures for adverse reaction, perfect operating skills and the right psychological nursing for patients by the nurses can reduce adverse events from the iodine contrast agent and the suffering, which increase the patient security and reduce the medical risks in the course of IVP examination.
