优质护理在混合痔围手术期患者中的应用及效果观察

目的:探讨优质护理在混合痔围手术期患者中的应用及效果。方法:将本院2010年3～6月开展优质护理服务实施前60例混合痔接受手术治疗的患者作为对照组,2010年7～9月开展优质护理服务实施后60例混合痔接受手术治疗的患者作为观察组,观察两组患者术后早期(72 h内)和晚期(72 h～1周)出血情况、肛缘水肿、尿潴留、排便困难程度、疼痛程度以及治疗满意度。结果:观察组肛缘水肿、肛门坠胀和最大疼痛评分较对照组明显降低,同时观察组在术后早期尿潴留发生率较对照组低,观察组满意度较对照组高,住院时间观察组较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可防止和减少混合痔术后并发症的发生,促进创面的愈合,缩短住院时间,提高患者的满意度。

Observation the effect of application high quality nursing in mixed hemorrhoid perioperativ~ patients.

To discuss the practice points of quality care in mixed hemorrhoid pefioperative patients,objectively evaluate the practice results of quality care. Methods ： 60 cases of mixed hemorrhoid from March 2010 to June 2010 before the implementation of quality care selected for the control group received usual care,another 60 cases of mixed hemorrhoid from July 2010 to September 2010 as the observation group received quality care. Observed and compared the postoperative complication such as pain, bleeding/heaviness, urine retention ,wound edema and mucosal discharge. The postoperative symp- toms, satisfaction situation of quality care and hospitalization time were recorded. Results ： There was a statistically significant improvement in pain, heavi- ness, wound edema, pruritus in observation group compare with the control group after operation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Patients taking quality care had a shorter hos- pitalization stay after surgery and satisfaction situation of quality care （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the observation group, the patient satisfaction significantly better than in controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： High quality care can prevent and reduce the incidence of complication mixed hemorrhoid,promote wound healing, shor- ter hospital stay, improve patient satisfaction.
