53例不稳定性骨盆骨折的手术治疗

目的：探讨不稳定性骨盆骨折手术治疗的疗效。方法：根据Tile分型,53例骨盆骨折患者中B1型23例,B2型13例,B3型2例,C1型7例,C2型6例,C3型2例。采用骶髂螺钉、外固定架、重建钢板、拉力螺钉对骨盆及髋臼骨折复位固定,恢复骨盆环前后环的稳定。结果：本组53例均得到随访,平均随访12个月,按M ajeed功能评分,其中优45例,良4例,中2例,差2例,优良率92.4%。结论：不稳定性骨盆骨折采用手术治疗能够恢复骨盆的解剖结构,重建骨盆的稳定性。

The Surgical Treatment of 53 cases of unstable pelvic fractures

Objective：To investigat the unstable pelvic fractures surgical treatment.Methods：According to Tile classification were 53 cases of pelvic fracture,23 cases in which B1,B2,13 cases,B3 type 2 cases,C1 type in 7 cases,C2-type 6 cases,C3 type 2 cases.With sacroiliac screws,external fixation,reconstruction plate,screw on the pelvis and acetabulum fractures fixed,to restore the stability of the pelvic ring after ring.Results：The group of 53 patients were followed for an average of 12 months,according to Majeed scores,were excellent in 45 cases,good in 4 cases,2 cases and poor in 2 cases,good rate of 92.4%.Conclusion：Unstable pelvic fracture surgery to restore pelvic anatomy,reconstruction of pelvic stability.
