从头孢霉AL031真菌发酵液中分离酚酸类化合物

摘    要:从具有抗真菌活性的头孢霉AL031真菌发酵液中分离到3个酚酸类化合物,通过理化常数和IR、EIMS、1D和2DNMR分析确定它们的结构分别为2,4-二羟基-3,6-二甲基苯甲酸、3,6-二羟基-2,4-二甲基苯甲酸和4-羟基苯乙酸,这三种成分均为首次从该真菌的次生代谢产物中分得.

Abstract:Three phenolic acids were isolated from the culture broth of the fungus Cephalosporium sp. AL031 whose metabolites have been proven to possess antifungal and antibacterial activities. Their structures were elucidated as 2,4-dihydroxy-3,6-dimethyl-benzoic acid(1),3,6-dihydroxy-2,4-dimethylbenzoic acid(2) and 4-hydroxy-phenylacetic acid(3)by IR, EIMS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, DEPT, HMQC and HMBC.
