| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨CT对胆囊癌肝侵犯的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析25例经CT检查,并经临床证实为胆囊癌肝侵犯的CT表现。结果:25例胆囊癌肝侵犯的病例中有21例CT作出了正确的的诊断,CT上大部分病例表现为胆囊癌肿与肝分界不清,邻近肝脏处出现不规则的低密度区,增强后不规则强化。结论:CT对胆囊癌肝浸润的诊断有重要价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of CT diagnosis of hepatic invasion from gallbladder carcinoma.Methods:CT manifestations of hepatic invasion from gallbladder carcinoma in 25 cases which have been examined by CT and which have been proven by clinic were retrospectively analysed.Results:Of 25 cases with hepatic invasion from gallbladder carcinoma,21 were diagnosed accurately by CT.There is no interface between liver and gallbladder tumour in most of cases with hepatic invasion from gallbladder carcinoma,and there is irregular low density in part of liver closed to gallbladder tumour,which has been enhanced after contrast.Conclusion:CT is valuable in diagnosing hepatic invasion from gallbladder carcinoma. |
