带锁髓内钉治疗股骨胫骨干骨折

目的研究带锁髓内钉固定治疗股骨胫骨干骨折.方法回顾了86例股骨胫骨骨折,均采用带锁髓内钉固定治疗,开放骨折17例,陈旧骨折6例,其它为新鲜闭合骨折.结果随访2～36个月,伤口感染2例,远端锁钉断裂2例,1例骨折未愈合.其余均愈合,且无并发症.结论带锁髓内钉治疗股骨胫骨干骨折,扩大了手术适应证,减少可创伤,降低了伤口感染率,提高了骨折愈合率,值得推广.

Fractures of the femoral and tibia shaft treated with intramedullary interlocking nail

Objective To study fractures of the femoral and tibia shaft treated with intramedullany interlocking nail.Method Eighty-six fractures of the femoral and tibiaShan treated with indramedullary interlocking nail were reviewed.There were 17 open fractures and 6 old fractures.The others were a- cute and closed fractures.Results All of the patients were followed up from 2 to 36 months.The complica- tions included infection in 2,stistal screw broken in 2 and one bone union failure.All,the other patients healed up well.Conclusion The authors concluded that fractunes of the femoral and tibia shaft treated with intramedullary interlocking nail are excellent.
