腹腔镜子宫大肌瘤剔除术临床观察

目的探讨腹腔镜子宫大肌瘤剔除术的临床应用价值。方法 98例需手术的子宫大肌瘤患者按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,每组49例。观察组给予腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术,对照组给予开腹子宫肌瘤剥除术。比较两组术中、术后及随访的各项指标。结果观察组术后肛门排气时间、病率、镇痛率、住院时间低于对照组,而手术时间高于对照组,组间差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）;术中出血量组间比较差异没有显著性（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜子宫大肌瘤剔除术具有开腹术式相同的效果,但更具有创伤小,出血不多,术后恢复快及住院时间短、并发症少等优点但选择恰当的病例及术者熟练技术具有重要作用。

Clinical observation of large laparoscopic myomectomy

Objective To explore the clinical value of the laparoscopic myomectomy large.
