| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对61例左室极高电压患者的回顾性分析，探讨引起左室极高电压的因素、疾病分类、病理变化及临床意义。方法 应用心电图机描记常规12导联心电图，按心电图测量标准测量QRS波群电压。结果 本组资料观察发现，引起左室极高电压的疾病分类以风心病占首位(36．1％)，高心病次之(19．6％)与年龄、性别、病程及治疗情况等因素有关。结论 观察结果表明，左室电压极高是左室重度肥大的直接结果，均由严重的器质性心脏病所致，其预后不良。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influencing factors, classifying of diseases, changes of pathology and clinical significance in 61 patients with left ventricular extremely supervoltage by retrospective analysis. Methods The voltage of QRS wave were measured with 12 leads electrocardiogram by electrocardiograph. Results The diseases of highest incidence rate with left ventricular extremely sypervoltage were rheumatic heart disease(36.1%) and then were hypertensive heart disease(19.6%). The left ventricular extremely supervoltage are related with the age, gender, course and treatmend of the patients. Conclusions The results showed that left ventricular extremely supervoltage was a direct consquence of the markedly left ventricular hypertrophy have poor prognosis. |
