补阳还五汤对缺血性脑卒中疗效及对患者脑血流和血液流变学影响的研究

目的探讨补阳还五汤对缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效及对脑血流、血液流变学的影响。方法选取符合诊断标准的86例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。所有患者均给予丹参片及血栓通注射液治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予补阳还五汤治疗,观察治疗组和对照组治疗前后临床疗效及对脑血流、血流变的影响。结果治疗组的总有效率为86.95%,高于对照组58.14%(χ2=8.323,P<0.01);治疗组在改善脑血液流变学方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤治疗缺血性脑卒中具有较满意的疗效,可明显改善患者脑血流及血液流变学,对促进患者康复和预防脑卒中后遗症具有特别临床意义。

Research of the Efficiency of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Therapy for Patients with Ischemic Stroke and Its Influence of Cerebral Blood Flow and Blood Rheology

Objective To explore the clinical effects and the cerebral blood flow,blood rheology of buyang huanwu decoction on ischemic stroke patients.Methods 86 patients with ischemic stroke were selected and were divided into two groups at random： the treatment group and the control group,and each group have 43 patients.Each patient was given continuous medication for a course of treatment with salvia miltiorrhiza and sanqi panax notoginseng control group was given buyang huanwu decoction additionally,the clinical effects and the cerebral blood flow,blood rheology of each group were observed before and after the treatment.Results The treatment group＇s total effective rate was 86.95% and the control group＇s was 58.14%,There is a significant difference between the two groups（χ2=8.323,P0.01）.The treatment group in improving cerebral blood flow and blood rheology were better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment effect of ischemic stroke by buyang huanwu decoction is satisfied,and can obviously meliorate cerebral blood flow and blood rheology in patients.Which also has a special clinical significance since it accelerates the rehabilitation of patients and prevents of stroke sequel.
