炎症性肠病（IBD）可以使患者出现许多并发症,营养不良是其中之一,其主要原因有摄入不足、吸收不良、能量消耗及丢失增加等,其可造成IBD病情持续不缓解甚至恶化,因此在IBD的治疗中营养支持有着举足轻重的地位.国外的许多基础和临床研究已证实,营养支持可诱导IBD病情缓解、促进病变肠道组织修复,使病情保持在较长的稳定状态,其与药物及手术一样,是一种极其重要的治疗手段.该文就目前肠内营养治疗及肠外营养治疗在IBD中的应用予以综述.

Here is to make a review of the application of enteral nutrition therapy and parenteral nutrition thera-py in IBD.
