子宫内膜样癌中CXCR4和PI3K的表达及其对血管生成作用的研究

摘    要:目的 检测子宫内膜样癌中趋化生长因子受体4(CXCR4)和磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)的表达及对CD34阳性的微血管密度(MVD)的作用,探讨其关系及临床意义.方法 选择单县中心医院2000年1月至2011年12月行子宫内膜样癌术后留取的蜡块及临床资料作为观察组,共89例,选择54例正常的子宫内膜组织作为对照组,应用免疫组织化学技术检测两组中CXCR4、PI3K和CD34蛋白的表达,探讨CXCR4、PI3K和MVD在不同临床病理特征的表达差别.结果 观察组中CXCR4、PI3K蛋白表达的阳性率和MVD显著高于对照组,观察组中CXCR4、PI3K蛋白表达的阳性率和MVD的表达均与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、分化程度、脉管浸润及Ki67的表达密切相关;观察组中CXCR4和PI3K、CXCR4和MVD、PI3K和MVD的表达具有正相关性.结论 子宫内膜样癌组织中CXCR4及PI3K高表达参与肿瘤的进展,两者对CD34阳性的血管生成可能有一定促进作用.CXCR4及PI3K对病变的进展具有重要促进作用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expressions and angiogenesis of CXCR4 and P13K,study their relationship and clinical significance. Methods The study included 89 cases of endometrial earcinoma as observation group and 54 cases of normal endometrium tissues as control group from Central Hospital of Shanxian during January 2000 and December 2011. We detected the expressions of CXCR4 ,PI3K and CD34 in different clinical characters by using IHC. Results The expressions of CXCR4, PI3K and MVD were obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group. The expressions of CXCR4, PI3K and MVD were correlated with invasion depth,lymph node metastasis, differentiation, vascular invasion and Ki67 expression in the observation group. There were positive correlation between the expression of CXCR4 and PI3K,CXCR4 and MVD,PI3K and MVD. Conclusion The expressions of CXCR4 and PI3K may promote the development and angiogenesis in endometrial carcinoma with positive CD34. CXCR4 and PI3K play important roles in promoting the progression of the disease.
