艾塞那肽对糖尿病自主神经病变患者血清氧化应激和心率变异性的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨艾塞那肽对糖尿病自主神经病变(DAN)患者氧化应激状态和心率变异性的影响.方法 选择2011年7月至2012年7月在武汉大学人民医院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病自主神经病变患者62例,按照随机数字表法分为常规治疗组和艾塞那肽组,各31例.常规治疗组给予糖尿病药物治疗,艾塞那肽组在常规治疗的基础上给予艾塞那肽治疗.观察两组患者治疗前后血清氧化应激状态及心率变异性(HRV)的变化.结果 艾塞那肽组血清超氧化物歧化酶及还原性谷胱甘肽活性水平[(36.30±9.04) mU/L、(188.43±46.13) ng/L]较治疗前[(28.89±9.62) mU/L、(159.21±45.34) ng/L]显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛水平[(2.59±0.89) mmol/L]较治疗前[(4.42±1.07) mmol/L]显著下降(P<0.05),心率变异性指标的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 艾塞那肽对DAN有一定疗效,可改善心率变异指标,疗效可能与抗氧化作用有关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of exenatide on serum oxidative stress and heart rate viability in DAN patients. Methods Sixty-two DAN patients admitted by Department of Endocrinology, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University during July 2011 and July 2012 were randomly divided into control group(n =31 )and exenatide group( n = 31 ). Control group were treated with oral antidiabetic agent anti exenatide group was added with exenatide. Serum oxidative stress anti heart rate viability ( HRV )of the two gnmps were detected hetore and after treatment. Results After treatment,exenatide grnup,the serum level of SOl) and rGSH were significantly higher [ (36.3 ± 9.04) mU/l, anti( 188.43 ± 46.13 ) ng/l,] than hefnre [ (28.89 ±9.62) mU/I, and( 159.21±45.34) ng/L ,activity of MDA was lower lower (2.59 ±0.89) mmol/L] than hefan before [ (4.42 ±1. 07 ) mmol/L ] ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The amelioration of HRV index alter treatment were better than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Exenatide can inhibit the oxidative stress anti improve the function of ttRV in DAN patients.
