低声压级水平次声在大鼠心肌纤维化中作用及机制研究

摘    要:目的 观察低声压级水平次声和卡托普利对大鼠左心肌纤维化和左心室重构的疗效.方法 将40只SD大鼠随机分为4组,对照组、药物治疗组、次声治疗组及药物和次声治疗组,每组10只.实验观察心肌胶原和血浆醛固酮和血管紧张素-Ⅱ(AngⅡ)及大鼠血流动力学参数的变化.结果 与对照组比较,药物治疗组、次声治疗组及药物和次声治疗组大鼠心肌型胶原蛋白表达明显减少(P<0.01),醛固酮及AngⅡ含量也明显减少(P<0.01),血流动力学参数明显改善(P<0.05);药物和次声治疗组较药物治疗组及次声治疗组大鼠心肌型胶原蛋白表达明显减少(P<0.01),醛固酮及AngⅡ含量明显减少(P<0.01),血流动力学参数明显改善.药物治疗组及次声治疗组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 低声压级水平次声能够明显减轻大鼠心肌纤维化,改善左心室重构及心功能.

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of infrasound cardiac fibrosis and left ventricular remodeling in rats with cardiac fibrosis.Methods Forty male Sprague Daw ley rats were randomized to control group,drug treatment group,infrasound treatment group,drugs and infrasound therapy group (10 rats/group).Rats with cardiac fibrosis were treated with low-decibel infrasound,low-decibel infrasound and captopril and captopril.Collagen expression of rat myocardium,contents of aldosterone and angiotensin-Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) in rat plasma and rat hemodynamic were obserbed.Results Compared with control group,the collagen expression of rat myocardium,contents of aldosterone and angiotensin-Ⅱ in rat plasma significantly decreased (P < 0.01),rat hemodynamics index significantly improved (P <0.05) in infrasound treatment group,drugs treatment group,drugs and infrasound therapy group.Compared with the infrasound treatment group and drugs treatment group,the collagen expression of rat myocardium,contents of aldosterone and angiotensin-Ⅱ in rat plasma significantly decreased (P < 0.01),rat hemodynamics index significantly improved in the drugs and infrasound therapy group,they were not statistical difference between drug treatment group and infrasound treatment group (P > 0.05).Conclusion Low-decibel infrasound may significantly assuage the cardiac fibrosis and improve left ventricular remodeling of rats ventricular remodeling and rat hemodynamics index.
