摘    要:目的:研究参麦注射液(红参,麦冬)对肿瘤组织内血管生成和细胞增殖核抗原表达的影响,探讨参麦抗肿瘤的机理。方法:通过建立小鼠移植性S180肿瘤模型,从整体水平上观察参麦对肿瘤生长的影响,并采用免疫组织化学方法,检测肿瘤组织中第Ⅶ因子相关抗原(vWF)和细胞增殖核抗原(PCNA)的表达。结果:参麦具有抑制肿瘤生长作用;参麦能降低肿瘤组织中微血管密度,能减少PCNA的表达。结论:抗血管生成是参麦抗肿瘤机理之一。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenmai Injection (Radix Ginseng Rubra, Radix Ophiopogonis) on angiogenesis and the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in tumor tissue, and the mechanism of it in the treatment of tumor. Methods: The mouse tumor model was used to investigate the effect of Shenmai Injection on tumor growth on the whole. The expression of von Willebrand factor (vWF) and PCNA in tumor tissue was studied by means of immunohistochemistry. Results: Shenmai inhibited the tumor growth and reduced microvessel density and the expression of PCNA in tumor tissue. Conclusion:Antiangiogenesis is one of the mechanisms of Shenmai Injection in treatment of tumor.
