血淋巴细胞SCE对胃溃疡及胃癌诊断的前瞻性研究

本文用双盲法对61例良、恶性胃溃疡病人的外周血淋巴细胞SCE进行观察，并以41例正常人为对照，结果显示胃癌患者（n＝30）的SCE率最高，其次是胃溃疡（GU）患者（n＝31），最后是正常人（P＜0．01）．胃癌分化程度低比分化程度高组SCE率显著升高，同时对SCE与纤维胃镜（FGS）对胃癌诊断价值进行前瞻性比较．作者认为染色体不稳定是胃癌发生的物质基础，提示SCE对鉴别GU恶变及临床观察有一定帮助．

Prospective Comparison of SCE in Peripheral Lymphicytes for the Diagnosis of Gastric Ulcer and Gastric Cancer

A Prospective study in 61 cases of benign and maligant Gastric uleeration were reported in a double -blind for the freqeency of sister chromotid exchange (SCE) in the lymphocytes of peripheral blood. 41 health subjects were studied as control in this paper.The results showed that increase of SCE were remarkable in the patients with candnoma of stomach (n=30) and lere stwnt in 31 patients with Gastric ulcer (GU) and normal pelsons (p<0.01). Findings sugsested that SCE incresed significantly from Well-diffentiated to poorly diffentiated gastric carcinoma. The clinical value and prespective comparison were studied for frequency of SCE with fibrogastroscopy. We believe that chroewsomal instablity is the base of occurnce of gastric cardnoma. These asults suggested that aiteration of SCE might be a helpful due in distinguishing benign from malignant ulcer in peptic ulcer during clinical follow up observation.
