| 摘 要： | 脑脉舒具养血活血,疏风通络之功效。由川芎、丹参、鸡子黄等组成。可用于治疗脑动脉硬化(症)及用于急性脑梗塞的辅助治疗。65例脑动脉硬化(症)患者口服两个月,自身对照观察结果表明,服药前后各项指标经统计学处理,差异有显著意义(p<0.05～0.001),其总有效率为98.5%。50例急性脑梗塞患者,对照观察一个月,结果肌力增强、语言障碍改善、头晕消失及病理征阳转阴方面,其有效率均优于对照组,有效率分别为86.4%、76.9%、100.0%及38.0%。本品经二年多临床使用,未发现任何毒副作用。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the function of nourishing blood and activating blood circulation,Naornaishu(NMS)composed of Rhizome Chuanxiong,Radix Salvice Miltiorrhizae,etc.has been used to treat cerebral arteriosclerosis and infarction.65 Patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis were treated with NMS for about two months and got a total effective rate of 98.5%.50 cases with eerebral infarction were also observed.It was shown that its effect on impro- ving myodynamies,alleviating aphasia,relieving dizziness and turning patholo- gic reflex negative was 86.4%,76.9%,100% and 38.0% respectively.No side effects were obser(?)ed during the period of more than two years of clinical applications.Therefore,NMS is regarded as an ideal medicine for preventing and treating cerebrovascular diseases. |
