后肾腺瘤的临床特征(附1例报告及文献复习)

目的 探讨后肾腺瘤的临床表现及影像学、病理学特征,提高对后肾腺瘤的认识和术前诊断水平.方法 回顾性分析1例后肾腺瘤患者的相关资料并进行相关文献复习.结果 患者术后病理诊断为后肾腺瘤;术后恢复较好,顺利出院.结论 后肾腺瘤的临床特征有限,多为体检时发现,术前需结合生化及影像学检查综合判断,必要时行穿刺病理及术中冷冻病理明确诊断,为患者选择合适手术方式;一般预后良好,但术后仍需定期复查.

Clinic character of metanephric adenoma (report of 1 case and literature review)

Objective To discuss the clinical features,image and pathology of metanephric adenoma,in order to improve the understanding and preoperative diagnosis of it.Methods The clinical data of 1 patient with metanephric adenoma were analyzed retrospectively,including review of relative literature.Results The pathological diagnosis of the patient is metanephric adenoma.The patient was discharged from hospital after postoperative recovery smoothly.Conclusions The clinical features of metanephric adenoma are limited,most are found in physical examination.To clarify the diagnosis and choose proper surgical procedures,we need to make synthetic judgment with combination of blood biochemestry and clinical image,or operative puncture,even intraoperative frozen section when necessary.The prognosis is satisfactory but patients still need to be closely followed up.
